Business Partner

Recommend something worth recommending.

Free for your own practice. Paid when you refer.

Business Partner checks a business owner's debtors and deadlines every morning, and tells them what needs attention. Use it free on your own practice. Refer it to clients and get paid for as long as they stay.

Business Partner free on your own practice, and your referral link on this screen when you are done.

Your name is already on the recommendation.

Clients trust what you tell them to use. Business Partner checks their debtors and their tax dates each morning, and tells them what needs attention that day. It doesn't replace you. It means the small facts get noticed on the day they matter, not the day a report gets printed.

Use it on your own practice before you recommend it.

Your free seat isn't a trial account. It's Business Partner running on your own practice, checking your own debtors and deadlines. Use it free for 90 days. After that, it stays free for as long as you have one active referred client. If you wouldn't recommend it after using it yourself, don't.

What their Morning Brief shows them.

  • One Morning Brief. What needs attention today, what can wait, and what to do next.
  • Help getting paid. The three customers who owe the most, how overdue each amount is, and a message drafted for the owner to review and send.
  • Their own compliance dates. PAYE, provisional tax and EMP501, with VAT and CIPC to follow.
  • Answers grounded in their own numbers, with the source named for each one.
  • A record of what was recommended, what they decided, and why.
The reports your accounting system already produces. Xero and Sage are read and verified. Other systems and spreadsheets from your bookkeeper are read where the report has the detail Business Partner needs, and refused with a reason where it does not. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Under ten minutes a week.

What you get paid, and how it works.

  • 20% of what each referred client pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. Referred clients pay the standard rate.
  • Free access on your own practice, on the terms above.
  • Attribution goes to whoever referred the client first. Where that's genuinely unclear, the client gets the better price and you still get your share.
  • A launch kit written for you to send: a forwardable email, a LinkedIn post, and a short recommendation paragraph.
  • You'll need to tell any client you refer that you receive a share. We ask for this upfront because it's your protection, not paperwork.
