Cancel whenever you choose. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Both rates provide exactly the same product. The founding rate recognises when you joined, not what you receive. A founding place is a founding place whether it is taken monthly or annually, and there are thirty of them.
The price shown is the price you pay. Business Partner is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Fair questions
Are the founding and standard subscriptions different?
No. They are the same product with the same features. The founding rate is reserved for the first thirty subscribers.
Is annual a different product?
No. Annual is a way of paying for the same subscription. Twelve months for the price of ten.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at any time by emailing us. A monthly subscription continues until the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. If you cancel an annual subscription part way through, we refund the whole months you have not used, at the annual rate you paid.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. A monthly subscription runs month to month. An annual subscription is paid for a year in advance and can still be cancelled, with unused whole months refunded.
What if Business Partner does not suit my business?
You do not have to make a long-term commitment. Start monthly if you would rather. If it does not earn its place in your business, cancel before the next renewal.
Can I take my information with me?
Yes. You can export the information Business Partner holds for your business before your access ends.
What happens to my documents if I leave?
You can export them and request their permanent deletion from your account settings. The process is explained fully in our Privacy Policy.
